ReplyDeleteI'd always thought that Tymoshenko's Victor Yuschenko (because the surnames rhyme). I've only heard of the names over the radio. finally saw the pics today :) Surprised because I wasn't expecting Ukraine to have a woman PM. She reminds me of Aung San Suu Kyii...somehow
ReplyDeleteShe's in a different league compare to Aung San Suu Kii. Yulia is a real politician, while Suu Kii is more of a democratic symbol of Myanmar.

ReplyDeleteWell, at least Yuschenko has the substance and mettle to back up her political career. Then again, there are plenty of exception to the rule. Merkel isn't pretty looking, so is Aung San Suu Kii.
